Attorney Sullivan first developed an interest in representing immigration clients as part of his representation of several professional baseball players from the United States, as well as Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Cuba and Venezuela. Through counseling these players through the complex United States immigration process, he quickly found tremendous personal satisfaction in helping these players come to the United States to play baseball and to better their lives. Since then, he has devoted a large part of his practice to counseling immigrants for immigrant and non-immigrant visas, lawful permanent residency, deportation defense and asylum. Providing immigration services to his client has led to the personal satisfaction and intangible reward of helping his immigration clients to change their lives, literally affecting their families for generations.

Attorney Sullivan offers knowledgeable immigration legal services to families, individuals, and companies with regard to United States immigration and naturalization. He regularly represents clients from all over the world in front of Immigration Judges, United States Embassies and Consulates and the Department of Homeland Security.

Mr. Sullivan received his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from the University of New Hampshire and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and California, and is a member of the following professional associations:

Attorney Sullivan was recently appointed as a member of the New Hampshire Department of Homeland Security Liaison Committee, a committee of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association New England Chapter. He also serves as legal counsel to the Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire, Inc., and has been appointed by the New Hampshire Bar Association to serve on the following:
